This weblog was established to continue research initiated during my graduate studies in graphic design.
In 2006 I received an MFA in Design from the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design (NSCAD University) in Halifax, Canada. My main area of research and investigation for that degree focused upon the concepts and contexts involved in the design of invitations to same-sex weddings. The introduction to my written thesis will be posted soon.
Currently, I'm an assistant professor of graphic design at Portland State University, in Oregon, USA.
